In parallel with its core business, Italchimici S.p.A. has been interested in developing property transactions since the very beginning.
Company founder Giuseppe Bolognini has always believed in investing in property, both land and buildings.
The company has acquired plots of land in the mountains around Brescia and the Venetian lagoon, some of which have been converted into production sites (some are illustrated below).
Following in the footsteps of the founder and with the same assumptions, Italchimici S.p.A. intends to manage it current investments profitably monitor the property market to identify possible future investments.
